A Study On Chinese Secondary Vocation Education Investment System

Secondary vocational education is an important part of education in China,playing an important role in training skilled personnel, improving the employabilityof workers, popularizing high school education, promoting the transfer of rural labor,and to accelerating the pace of new rural construction on China’s education reformand development of major strategic significance. As funding for education is toensure that important material for the development of education, to pursue thedevelopment of education, we must have sufficient funds to support it. Therefore,how to establish a scientific, rational, perfect secondary vocational educationinvestment system has become an important research topic. This article from thefollowing five chapters of the theme discussed.The first chapter is the introduction. It introduces the background to the study ofthis subject, meaning, content, etc, while the current state of the domestic investmentsystem made a rough combing.The second chapter is related concept definition and education investmentrelated theory. It defines the relevant concepts, and explains education investmenttheory for human capital theory, public goods theory and cost sharing theory,providing an important theoretical basis for the reform of the education system.The third chapter is the development of education investment system and thestatus quo. It discusses briefly on the three periods of development of secondaryvocational education investment system with the planned economic system, economicrestructuring, the socialist market economic system, and summarizes thecharacteristics of the existing secondary vocational education system. Secondly,through the collection, collation, induction, analysis of the situation of secondaryvocational education funding in the past decade, from the total input, the source offunding structure, student funding of aspects, analyzes the status quo of China’ssecondary vocational education funding and existing problem. The fourth chapter is foreign vocational education investment system. Itintroduces the advanced experience of the Western developed countries aboutsecondary vocational education in the financing of the method and investmentsubjectivity, provides an important inspiration and reference for China’s secondaryvocational education investment system.The fifth chapter suggests perfecting secondary vocational education investmentsystem. It puts forward to perfect our secondary vocational education investmentsystem of suggestions and counter measures from the administration, marketing,system recommendations and measures of three perspectives to promote the healthydevelopment of secondary vocational education.
