Study On The System Of Music Instructor In China

In our national basic educational field, the system of Educational instructors has become the education management system full of Chinese Characters, which is based on the teaching practices, aiming at assisting the development of teaching profession and the improvement of the teaching quality, and it takes an irreplaceable statue in the development of our national education career. Educational instrutors must be equipped with some executive background, however, he himself essentially should function well in guiding, directing, supporting and severing others, with his actively serving actions in making executive education decisions.Music instructors’ system is one part of the institution. From the structure, it enjoys the similarities with the other kind of the system. However, from the content, it not only shows it’s individual specialty in the way, the content and the evaluation of teaching but also in the respects of fostering teachers and others, for distinctiveness of music subject itself and the construction of campus culture are the special circumstances.This article inspects the establishment and the development of the music instructor in our country from the perspective of musical educational management, which also analyzes and refers to the education managerial system similar in foreign countries, and on this basis introspects the prevailing external framework of the system of musical teaching-and-research staffing institution in our country and also the internal construction of the institution. In the course of the analysis, on the one hand, constructional advice has to be proposed based on the analysis as to how to industriously design and run the institution itself, and on how to perfect itself, and, on the other hand, on the respective object (such as music instructor, etc.) as to how to start the discussion about commencing the work more effectively under the insurance of the institution, and provides support both theoretically and practically.Given that we have basically achieved nothing on the institution of the music instructor, this project will give some trial explorations in this field, that is, theoretically finding some grounds for the construction, development and perfection for the music instructor institution, and practically providing supports for the effective enhancement and sustainable development of work of music instructor institution under the insurance.
