The society sets an even higher demand on the communication of the students.So Chinese teaching does not instill the knowledge into the student’s mind. Above all, how to enter into the cooperative learning and learning to learn. Today the New Programmes have put into force for several years, many teachers and scholars have proceeded beneficial trials.But the teaching of Chinese writing is still a difficult task for both teachers and students.Cooperative learning can improve the classroom climate,academic performance and form the student’s non cognitive character. So it becomes the main trend in the world today in all the instructional theory and mode of learning. It is called the most important and successful educational reform. And it is one of the guiding ideology in the eighth curriculum reform. The full-time nine-year compulsory education Chinese course standard points out: advocate autonomous cooperative and exploratory learning styles. This research explores the application of the cooperation learning in the teaching of writing.The frist part elaborates the reasons that the teaching of writing utilizes cooperation learning.The second part elaborates the connotation of cooperation learning and revelation.It can ensure the students’ dominant position, develop the students’ personality, promote students’ cooperation, improve students’ interest in writing,expand writing material,promote the development of students.The third part elaborates writing instructional design based on the ideological guidance of the cooperative learning, structures a basic operational processes: set the context, participate the experience of cooperation learning;→conceive how to write and answer the questions of the students, participate cooperation and exchange;→finish writing, then evaluate and correct each other. The fourth part analyses the teaching case, and demonstrates the cooperative instructional design accord with the rule of the writing teaching.
