With the rapid development of social economy,the professional composition of secondary vocational schools is also constantly changing.The renewal of knowledge is speeding up and the cycle is shortened,which promotes the development of secondary vocational school education reform.The promulgation and trial implementation of"secondary vocational physical education and health curriculum standard" by the Ministry of education has promoted the comprehensive reform of physical education teaching in secondary vocational schools.However,in the new curriculum reform,quality education and lifelong education are advocated.Under the guidance of the secondary vocational school physical education teaching still has many defects and deficiencies.In this paper,using mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey,literature and other research methods,Macheng secondary vocational school physical education teaching as the research object,from a total of 5 secondary vocational schools in Macheng City,350 students(70 students in each school),15 physical education teachers and 8 sports managers as the survey objects.Through the comprehensive and systematic investigation and analysis on the physical education curriculum setting,curriculum objectives,teaching contents,teaching methods,assessment methods,teaching evaluation,the current situation of PE teachers and the learning status of secondary vocational students in Macheng secondary vocational schools,this paper grasps the actual situation of PE Teaching in secondary vocational schools in Macheng City,analyzes the problems existing in the physical education teaching in secondary vocational schools,and gives some suggestions.The solution provides an important theoretical basis for the reform of physical education curriculum in Macheng secondary vocational school,and also has practical significance for the future career development of secondary vocational students.Through investigation and research,the author finds out that:1.At present,the teaching form of Macheng secondary vocational school based on class has affected the enthusiasm of secondary vocational students in physical education learning,and changed the existing teaching methods,combined with students'professional quality objectives,so that students can participate in more situational experience and competition activities.2.Physical education in Macheng secondary vocational school implements the guiding ideology of "health first" and takes strengthening students' physique as the basic goal.However,the goal of professional quality is not clear,and professional physical fitness and lifelong sports are not prominen.3.The physical education teaching in Macheng secondary vocational school should give full consideration to the characteristics of secondary vocational students and future occupation,carry out different types of interesting and practical sports projects,and cultivate students' sports ability,healthy behavior and sports spirit.4.The main problems of physical education teaching in Macheng secondary vocational schools are that teachers and students in secondary vocational schools do not pay due attention to physical education,teachers are weak,teachers' teaching and research level is not enough,no teaching and health course teaching materials suitable for the school are developed according to the characteristics of secondary vocational school students and professional characteristics.In addition,the secondary vocational school facilities are insufficient.These seriously affect the development of physical education teaching in Macheng secondary vocational school,which leads to difficulties in physical education.According to the current situation of physical education curriculum in Macheng secondary vocational school and the existing problems,the following suggestions are put forward.1.Macheng secondary vocational school should add the knowledge of sports health care and sports nutrition in the content of physical education curriculum,and use the training mode of combining basic teaching and elective teaching to highlight the position of core literacy of sports and health.2.Macheng secondary vocational school physical education teaching must be combined with the characteristics of students and professional settings,the use of teaching methods,based on the syllabus,carry out special training,compile school-based teaching materials,and cultivate the vocational quality of secondary vocational students for future career development.3.In the teaching process of physical education and health course,teachers should consciously guide students to achieve the core quality of the subject.In addition,colorful sports activities and popular sports competitions should be carried out to let students experience and participate constantly,improve their sports ability,temper their will,experience cooperation and increase self-confidence through competition,so that they can enjoy sports Interest in the process of edification,enhance the sports awareness of secondary vocational students.
