The proper flow of teachers is one of the motive powers whichpromote the continuous development of a school. The reasonable flowof teachers is to promote the continuous development of school.It caneffectively improve the quality of running a school, while at the sametime it realizes the reasonable allocation of the regional teacherresources, promoting educational equalization. Therefore, theestablishment of a well-set mechanism of the reasonable flow ofteachers based on school levels not only ensures the development of aschool, but also becomes one of the most important tasks ofeducational researches.This study selected the Changning District Tianshan primaryschool as the research object, focuses on the core problem is: in publicschool teacher flow in which the existence of the problem, how tofurther improve and perfect? Specifically, the study from theperspective of school explores these issues in depth. Research mainlyadopts literature research method and interview method, researchersin the literature on the basis of relative research, through fieldinvestigation, preliminary announced the Tianshan primary middleschool teachers flow mechanism and advantages and disadvantages.Study found that, in junior high school teachers in the reasonable flowmechanism has some system as a guarantee, and obtained thepreliminary result. But the current system is not perfect, also lack thecertain innovation, at the same time, there are also many problems inthe school management. On the basis of this, the researchers proposedthe establishment of the public school teachers reasonable flowmechanism some suggestions and countermeasures.The author thinks, the establishment based on the level of theschool teachers reasonable flow mechanism: one is to change the school management mode, which is to establish the proper flow ofteachers the premise of the mechanism, two is to change teachersideas, set up from the" individual" to the" collective " the overall point ofview, this is the establishment of teachers reasonable flow mechanismimplementation power, the three is to conduct the school systeminnovation, it is to establish the teacher reasonable flow mechanism isthe core content, is the most important guarantee.
