At the end of the1980s, Shanghai try to use the connection manual between schools and parents in primary and middle schools. In1999, they compiled the students’assessment manual of Shanghai, then put into practice. To promote the overall implementation of quality education of middle and primary school work, deepen the reform of the second phase of course, earnestly alleviate the overweight schoolwork burden of middle and primary schools, promote the students’overall quality improvement and the personality healthy development, and form the education pattern of school, family and social integration, this city since the2004began to implementing the new version of the Shanghai Middle School Students Growing up Track Record.The writing of this article is based on the methods of the document studying, Interviewing and questionnaire survey about1400teachers, students and parents of two different middle schools in Shanghai. Then we analyzed the current situation, problems and suggestions of Shanghai Middle School Students Growing up Track Record since2004. The primary purpose offering helps to complete the Middle School Students Growing up Track Record.In order to study the problem, the author in the first chapter discussed the research background, significance, and methods. The second chapter is literature review, related and analyzed other scholars at home and abroad and the research situation of this problem. From the third chapter began to enter into the main part, the research design is discussed in the third part. And then through the analysis of the data in the fourth chapter discusses the general situation in use of Shanghai Middle School Students Growing up Track Record. Chapter5is a comparative study of the two different area county high school use of record books difference. The sixth chapter explores the influence factors of the record books use. Through the analysis of the problems, the author general understanding of the teachers, students and parents used to catch the attitude and the record books, supervision effectiveness column questions; Also found different area county two junior high school of time, fill in the record books of the columns in view of existence of significant difference. And through the analysis of influence factors to know more about the outside except students in grade, the teacher of school age, parents are not affect career record of use factor.The author in the last chapter summarized problems from two aspects:the use of and the content of the record book, and put forward the suggestions to control problems, the improvement to prepare and use. This study will provide help and foundation to further improve the students to grow the use of record books, and for the next revision of the contents of the record book.
