An Analysis Of The Status About Middle School Student’Weariness Under The Background Of New Rural Construction

The Party Central Committee and State Council put forward the goal of building a new socialist countryside,and the realization of it is based on advanced science and technology. A person plays an important role in that science and technology turn into productivity like technological achievements,so the quality of workers must have higher requirements. State regulation is that a person must finish the nine-year compulsory education and the result in direct reflect the qualities of rural workers to a certain extent. In practical terms, this policy is not satisfactory in some areas, because of the fact that students weariness is widespread.This paper uses some theories like the human capital theory, motivation theory, need hierarchy theory, and self-worth theory, and takes the methods of literature material, questionnaire, interviews, mathematical analysis, system analysis. Based on the research of native and foreign result,the author research and survey on the status of the weariness of the study area, and sort out and analyse the data. The local weariness problems generated mainly due to the adjustment of national employment policy,the local government investment is not enough to lead to differences in teaching conditions between urban and rural school, in terms of teaching methods on the unreasonable and the parents are lack of sufficient capacity to help students to plan and counsel, and students’own lack of clear learning purpose and motivation.Based on the survey analysis and data summary,I propose the appropriate measures that the State should continue to timely adjustment of employment policy,and solve the problem of student employment difficulty,the Government should enhance the degree of emphasis on education and increase investment,the school should continue to improving management practices and systematic training for teachers on a regular basis,parents should have a long-term look,and constantly improve themselves in order to provide right and effective guidance for the children.As the main roles,students should broaden their horizons, establish lofty ideals and goals and planning firmly.Only the main roles are clearly aware of their responsibilities and take the initiative to assume their obligations, and the weariness situation of middle school students will be improved,and a new socialist countryside construction target can be achieved.
