As one of the most important subjects in secondary school,mathematics,due to its abstract understanding,has become a "disaster zone" for junior high school students who are tired of learning.In recent years,the country has successively introduced a series of burden reduction policies to improve the current situation of education,in particular,the "double reduction" policy was introduced in 2021,which effectively improved the problem of students’ heavy learning burden.At present,the hot group of study aversion research is mainly primary and high school students in rural areas,with the continuous increase of urban population,and the urban middle school student group should also receive sufficient attention.Therefore,this paper is committed to studying the reasons,current situation and countermeasures of mathematics weariness of urban junior middle school students under the background of "double reduction",has certain theoretical significance and practical value.This research takes 501 students of M School in Shaoguan,Guangdong Province as samples,and through literature research and analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and other methods,it evaluates the reasons and situation of junior high school students’ math weariness from multiple dimensions of learning weariness cognition,learning weariness behavior,learning weariness emotion,family factors,and school factors.This article uses the entropy method to determine the degree of students’ aversion to learning,which improves traditional evaluation methods and can more effectively evaluate students’ mathematical aversion.The contents of this study include:(1)Investigate and analyze whether there are differences in students’ mathematical aversion before and after the implementation of the "double reduction" policy;(2)Under the background of "double subtraction",junior high school students’ math weariness in different grades,genders and family structure;(3)The reason analysis of middle school students’ mathematics weariness;(4)The evaluation method of weariness is improved;(5)Methods and countermeasures to deal with the current situation of junior high school students’ mathematical weariness.Through research and analysis,the following main research results are obtained:(1)Under the background of "double reduction",the situation of mathematics weariness of urban junior middle school students in China has improved significantly compared with that before the policy was put forward;(2)For students of different genders,there are differences in the situation of math weariness.Boys’ performance of weariness is lower than girls’,but the influence of family factors on boys is greater;(3)Whether the only child has little influence on students’ weariness,but the degree of family harmony has an important influence on each evaluation dimension of weariness;(4)The position students hold in the class and the relationship with teachers are also one of the key factors affecting junior high school students’ weariness of learning;Based on the above research results,this paper puts forward the methods and strategies to deal with middle school students’ weariness from three aspects: students themselves,family and school.
