Junior high school is an important stage of education diversion in China,especially in the minority areas,a large number of minority students will terminate their studies here,or even finish their study career before they graduate from junior high school.Why is that? They don't want to study,don't they want to go to school? According to the field survey,they are eager to continue their studies and care about their academic achievements,but they are disappointed and helpless with their academic achievements.Some students think that they are stupid and can't learn well.Some students think that the teacher didn't teach well.Others think that the noise of classmates has affected the learning effect.Students have their own views,but there is one thing in common,that is,this kind of students are tired of learning bad phenomenon and behavior.So,what causes ethnic minority students to be tired of learning?How to effectively deal with the problem of learning weariness of ethnic minority students is of great significance to the explanation and response of their academic failure.Therefore,this study aims to explore the problem of students' Weariness of learning in ethnic minority areas,using case study as the main line,combined with interview,observation and other research methods,to carry out field research on the problem of students' Weariness of learning in ethnic minority areas,in order to provide theoretical thinking and practical reference for dealing with the problem of students' Weariness of learning in ethnic minority areas.This paper first states the origin,significance and summary of the study,and designs the research from the aspects of research goal,thought,process and method.Secondly,it defines the related concepts of weariness and presents the related theories.Thirdly,it describes the school and social environment of the research object,and introduces the process of entering the research site.Then three cases from different nationalities in H Middle School were collected through interviews and observation,and the collected data were coded and analyzed.Finally,in view of the case of learning weariness,this paper analyzes the causes of learning weariness,and puts forward measures to deal with the problem.It is found that the students' Weariness of learning is closely related to teachers' classroom teaching,peer groups and families.Among them,teachers' classroom teaching is out of touch with students' life experience,lacking ethnic cultural elements,students cannot resonate with teachers and classroom,and students are free from classroom.Peer groups do not abide by classroom discipline,which affects the learning atmosphere of the class.In school life,due to the differences of their own national living environment and culture,under the differences of language exchange and living habits,there are often conflicts between peergroups,even campus violence and bullying.Family is influenced by the traditional family education concept of ethnic minorities.Some education concepts are not conducive to students' learning and development,such as the case a parents' education idea of emphasizing women over men.These are all the important reasons that lead to the students' Weariness of learning.Therefore,in order to effectively deal with the problem of learning weariness of ethnic minority students,this paper puts forward countermeasures from the aspects of teachers' classroom teaching,peer groups and family education.In the aspect of teachers' classroom teaching,we should improve teachers' literacy of national culture education,enhance teachers' multicultural knowledge and teaching skills,and build school-based courses and teaching contents related to the life experience of ethnic minority students.In the aspect of peer groups,we should create a campus culture atmosphere and class atmosphere of multi-cultural co prosperity,strengthen the communication and cooperation among students,and resolve the conflicts among students of different ethnic groups.In terms of family education,we should give full play to the advantages of school education resources,strengthen the cooperation between families and schools,and properly guide family education.
