Study On Socialization Reform For Logistics Of Chang'an University

Logistics socialization of universities plays an important role in reforming the higher educational system. It can help solve the bottleneck problem, that is to say, it is a prerequisite and the future of the development of the higher education. It operates through transfoming the management and operating systems, abolishing the logistics servics controlled by universities progressively, building the market of the logistics service and incorpotating into the national market system. Then the market regulation rules can help optimise the logistics service, which finally brings on a new logistics service system made up of such five factors as the market's providing service, universities' choosing freely, the government's regulating on a large scale, the trade's disciplining and the official department's supervising.Centered around the innovation of the logistics system of Chang'an University and based on the literature review of the logistics socialization in our country and other countries, it makes a detailed study on the reform and pratice of the logistics socialization of our country as well as the process, the current condition, achievements and the existing problem of the logistics socialization of Chang'an University. Furthermore, it makes reflection on the program of the logistics socialization of Chang'an University and puts forward some suggestions and six proposals: (1) doing much to training the logistics staffs ideologically; (2) some practical methods in the logistics service; (3) doing something to reform and coordinate the logistics service (4) bettering the payment system in the logistics service of Chang'an University; (5) strengthening the competition forces of the logistics service; (6) promoting the quality supervising system of the logistics service. It can not only provide the theoretical support and the decision-making proof for the logistics socialization of Chang'an University but also serve as a reference for the logistics socialization of other universities. Concerned as the concrete problems, this study adopts such methods as combination of theory and pratice, qualification and quantification, the questionaire analysis, SWOT analysis, induction and deduction and the Games Theory.
