Aerobics is an artistic and charming sports event.As the development of physical teaching re form, Aerobics has become one of the major content of sports teaching. Aerobics teaching in our country is focused on highlighting its characteristics of elegance and grace and emphasizing the dynamics of motion and the control of elasticity.Aerobics has obvious effects not only on the enhancement of coordination, flexibility and sensibility,but also on molding shape and training posture.Moreover,It is important to improve students’aesthetic consciousness and concept.In order to make a better sustainable development of Aerobics teaching,highlight the effect and broaden the purpose of aesthetic education,it is also important to explore the specific method/through the conjunction point of aesthetics penetration and Aerobics teaching,of realizing Aerobics’ aesthetics penetration in colleges on the foundation of aesthetic theory.This paper’s formation is on the basis of the products about aesthetic education in the aerobics teaching.At the same time,the methods of analyzing literature&information,visiting special ists,making questionnaire survey, applying Mathematical Statistics are used.The paper’s aim is that putting forward the concrete method which make aesthetics elements summarizing by the theory of aesthetics to penetrate in aerobics teaching.Through investigation and statistics,I pay attention to the current situation in colleges’ and universities’ aerobics teaching,such as lag in teaching content,singleness in teaching means and lack of aesthetic teaching. By the mean of summarizing the aesthetics elements including beauty of body,beauty of movement,beauty of humanity,etc.meanwhile,from the view of cultivating moral character, promoting the all-round development, and the law of education and aesthetics, it shows that combining aerobics teaching with aesthetic-infiltration is very important.As a result,pointing out the concrete methods of aesthetic-infiltration in colleges’ and universities’ aerobics teaching.The aesthetic-infiltration in teachers’ aesthetic accomplishment,teaching content,teaching means,teaching process,teaching feedback should be built.By this way,it can keep the aerobics in colleges’ and universities’ development in a sustainable and healthy,and improve their quality education.At the students’ sight,they will pay more attention to aesthetic views, values, their own bodies,respecting the life.All of these will have an actively significance for every student.
