The documentation<National education reform and development of medium and long-term planning programs of2010to2020> stressed that we should focus on the development of rural pre-school education now. The vast rural areas, especially the central and western rural areas, focused primarily on the popularity of compulsory education in the past20years. But for the pre-school education, it faced with many problems,such as lacks of enough attention and infrastructure、less financial input non-standard management poor teachers、security problems and problems of the children left behind in the rural areas. These problems had become the hot and difficult point of our pre-school education. The pre-school education of the rural areas, especially the poor rural areas, had become short-board of our current pre-school education.A large number of rural pre-school institutions increased in recent years, as a result, every kindergarten is competing sharp. In order to survive and development in the competition, each kindergarten should focus on parents’satisfaction as well as enhance their own quality level. As the most important consumers of school education, the Satisfaction of the parents needed to be understood. Each kindergarten should treated parents as their customers and tries their best to provide satisfactory services for parents. So, better cooperation between kindergarten and parents will be Strengthen. Both the two do their best to promote the healthy development of young children.Based on past research, the research chose fourteen kindergartens of Henan province as our experimental base. Fourteen kindergartens include three different systems. We provide620parental questionnaires parents’satisfaction on kindergarten education environment quality and combine observation research of nine institutions in the fourteen kindergartens. The conclusion is below:1. Parental satisfaction with kindergarten education quality is in a relatively satisfactory level. Meanwhile at every aspect parents are most satisfied with the teachers and more satisfied with children’s development and the school work, but are least satisfied with environmental establishment.2. In the different kinds of pre-school institutions, parents are more satisfied with the private kindergarten in the town, less satisfied with the private kindergartens in rural areas, but are least satisfied with rural public kindergartens.3. There are striking differences in parental satisfaction between different families back-ground.4. There are striking differences in parental satisfaction with every specific item in the four dimensionalities.5. Parents concepts affect their satisfaction level.The above results fully confirmed the difficulties and problems faced by rural pre-school during its development process. To solve these problems, the Government、the relevant education departments、the schools and parents should bear their respective responsibilities and try their best to create a good pre-school environment for children and promote their healthy development, improve the quality of rural pre-school education as well.
