The trend of small class size instruction and package-shift mode in the developed countries of the world need more teachers as an important role. The emphasis of teacher education before they work of an elementary school is received and it’s also very strict to receive the request a teacher of an elementary school. This course influences educational development of an elementary school in our country. Our country can ask to be adding to international standard gradually to the ability of the teacher’s major as follow politics, economy, society and the development which educates itself. We can have small class size instruction and the ability of package-shift mode as same. The teachers can teach multiple-subjects at the same time and the have a sound knowledge of systematization. It’s one of necessary duty of a university and a technical college to train multiple-subjects teachers for an elementary school.The basic request of multiple-subjects teachers for an elementary school is that they can simultaneous teach two subjects or a lot more subjects. There is its rational execution possibility and necessity in the university and technical college. The teachers of an elementary school were asked to change the role after a course of elementary education. It’11be a provider from the person who pours. A teacher of an elementary school has to receive professional training of the conversion to change the role. And they can finish the task of teaching better by the process a course integrates. Elementary education is integrated some related subjects and related knowledge then it becomes in the synthesized course. The contact between knowledge is closer comparative in independent department. So we must train multiple-subjects teachers for an elementary school who have comprehensive and overall knowledge view. Land is wide in our country that many undeveloped area and rural area still follow compound education form of the class. The teachers teach not only to cross-discipline but also to cross-grade then it spawned the multiple-subjects teachers for an elementary school in colleges and university.The elementary and second schools in our country rely mainly on the teachers’self-recruitment and unified teacher recruitment to supplement the forces of teacher team. There will a lot of job seekers be rejected in the common recruitment examination in this process because of the limits of profession. But on the other hand, many schools have also outstanding teacher and questioned the quality of higher education. Multiple-subjects teachers for an elementary school can alleviate the dilemma on certain level that graduates cannot find jobs and the school cannot find a good teacher. The operational area is wider for job seekers who have the ability to hold related subjects. The school can offer a platform to them to show their ability as soon as possible. The training of multiple-subjects teachers for an elementary school is a good solution to solve the current confusion due to the conversion of teaching subjects.The experience of train the elementary school in the Secondary teacher school is the foundation to upbringing multiple-subjects teachers for an elementary school in university or college. Its external condition is the process of train elementary school teachers who have bachelor degree. The international environment is the mature models to train multidisciplinary teacher of elementary school in developed countries. Together these three factors demonstrate the feasibility of pre-service training of multidisciplinary teacher of elementary school.The mainly way of the thesis are searching literature, investigating and comparative anglicizing. The thesis discuss our primary school teachers’training course program base on the combination of existing research, reality and comprehensive analysis of the training of primary school teachers in and out.The third part of the thesis mainly selected the two training elementary school teachers compared to typical university as a comparison object. One is the H Normal University; one is the Sonoma State University in the USA State of California. It made specific discuss on this two kinds of training primary school teachers in curriculum objectives, curriculum and cultivating ways and so on. It introduced meticulously the California’s primary school teachers apply for the qualification which promote the training of multidisciplinary teacher of elementary school.The fourth part is the final outcome of curriculum plan based on the comprehensive front parts. According to practical primary school and primary school teachers in China and the home and abroad current situation of primary school teachers’pre-service training, the thesis has done a curriculum plan which is match the state of the affairs in our country.
