Kindergarten class environment usually refers to the sum of all the conditions on which class education depends,including class material environment and class spiritual environment.It is not only a bridge for home communication,but also an important carrier to promote the healthy development of children's physical and mental health.However,in practice,how to create a class environment to better meet the needs of children and parents has been plagued by front-line teachers.This study starts from listening to the real ideas of children,parents and teachers about the class environment,giving them the opportunity to fully voice,in order to promote multi-subject dialogue based on the position of children to find the theme of dialogue.This study mainly uses photo elicitation interview to obtain the views of children,parents and teachers on class environment,and uses NVIVO 11 qualitative analysis software to code and analyze the views of children,parents and teachers respectively.The results show that the class environment vision of children,parents and teachers mainly involves toy materials,activity content,child elements,appearance image,facilities and equipment,space arrangement,rules setting and home cooperation.Among them,the frequency of children's mention from high to low is class toy material,activity content,material ownership,appearance image,facility equipment,space arrangement and game rules;the frequency of parents' mention from high to low is class child element,activity content,facility equipment,appearance image,home cooperation,toy material and space layout;and the frequency of teachers' mention from high to low is class activities,toy materials,child elements,home cooperation,appearance image,rules and space arrangement.By comparing the views of children,parents and teachers,it is found that there are similarities and differences in class environment vision between children and teachers,parents and teachers,children and parents.Through the analysis of the similarities and differences of vision between subjects,we can find out the dialogue themes in class environment for children and teachers,teachers and parents,as well as children and parents to carry out dialogue.On this basis,the researcher explores the reasons for the differences and similarities between the perspectives of the subjects and puts forward some suggestions,such as paying attention to the differences of the subjects,strengthening the dialogue between the subjects,caring for each other's needs,changing environmental concepts,paying attention to multi-dimensional perspectives,improving environmental quality,strengthening training and learning,enhancing professional competence,learning dialogue skills and breaking through the dilemma of the environment.
