The Study On Cultivation Of College Students’ Social Intercourse Capacity

Social intercourse is the inevitable way of human socialization. Collegestudents, as a member of society, have to transform from campus to social rolesgradually through social intercourse. Continue to increase social intercourse capacityis indispensable for college students self-cognition, comprehensive development, andsocialization. Good social Intercourse capacity is cultivated through educating,learning, training and internalizing constantly. Because of the penalty of massinstruction, the influence of exam-oriented education and the effect of internet, thepresent situation of college student’ social intercourse capacity is not optimal. Thecultivation is neglected seriously. Therefore this dissertation presents the viewpointand proposal about the cultivation of college student’ social intercourse capacity.In this dissertation, it discusses the research basis of the cultivation ofcollege student’ social intercourse capacity by multi-view, such as socialintercourse and the content of social intercourse capacity, the particularity ofcollege student ’ social intercourse, the content of college student’ socialintercourse, the necessity and feasibility of the cultivation of college student’social intercourse capacity. Further, it summarizes and discusses the positiveexperience and weaknesses of the cultivation of college student’ socialintercourse capacity, by analyzing cases of Sichuan University of Science&Engineering, China Jiliang University, Nanchang University. In allusion tothe present situation of college student’ social intercourse capacity and theweakness of cultivation, connection with elements of college student’ socialintercourse capacity, this paper propose5aspects of countermeasures as toenhance the cultivation awareness of college student’ social intercoursecapacity, optimize the cultivation curriculum of college student’ socialintercourse capacity, strengthen the cultivation activities of college student’social intercourse capacity, expand the cultivation approach of collegestudent’ Social intercourse capacity, promote the cultivation timeliness ofCollege Student’ Social Intercourse Capacity to strengthen the cultivation ofcollege student’ social intercourse capacity.
