A Comparative Study On Students' Intercourse In Multiculture

This research regards No.2 middle school of Hezuo town ,Gannan Tibetan Autonomous prefecture ,Gansu Province ,as the case, regards Tibet, Hui and Han nationality students in grade two as the research objects. Through researching the aspects of intercourse in game, in the way home, in measurement, in outside school, and researching on students' interpersonal dispute of different ethnicities students. We Omni-directionally represent the intercourse state among different ethnicities students in multiculture , announce the existing problems, analyze the cause ,So reflect the question in kind of merging ethnic schools with Chinese schools, and predict the face, of this kind of school.Because the research objects stem from three different ethnicities separately, they have not already exerted on the different culture atmospheres' influence, and coexist in the same politics, economy, and geographical environment. So, this research proceeds from visual angle of anthropology combined with pedagogy, and approaches analyses, questionnaire, interview, group-discussion, individual-case, specialized-study ect to demonstrate deeply and accurately intercourse among different ethnicities students in multiculture.The main findings are the following:I .The merging ethnic schools with Chinese schools in this area, intercourse among different ethnicities students have already harmonious side, and there is still one side of conflict contradiction, too.II .In the conflict of intercourse , students of Hui nationality receive more impacts.m.Itercourse among different ethnicities students is affected by area sub-culture deeply, on the microcosmic, the teacher's knowledge and idea, the content of curriculum also affect students' intercourse behavior.
