Along with the economic globalization and the era of knowledge economy, the entrepreneurial activities are not only the driving forces of economic growth, but also create a large number of new jobs to ease the employment pressure, increase government revenue, make an export boom and increase productivity (Birch, Birley&Reynolds). In recent years entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial spirit has become a hot topic in education, management, government and society. The "national long-term education reform and development program (2010-2020)"(Draft for Public Comment) recently released clearly states:" Strengthen employment services, entrepreneurship education and employment guidance."So the starting point and end point of this study is to find a way to cultivate high-quality entrepreneurial talents to improve students entrepreneurship rate in order to ease the employment pressure, and promote stable and rapid economic development.This study based on the systematic organization and summarize of previous research results explores the action mechanism between dimensions of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship will, entrepreneurship capacity, so as to propose the theoretical model;according to the development of entrepreneurship education at home and abroad the history. This study carries out in depth investigations in19universities of JiangSu Province using the statistical method described to analyze the entrepreneurship education development in Jiangsu province;followed by the analysis of survey results of more than300students in four universities using descriptive statistics and multivariate statistical methods. It makes an empirical analysis on how entrepreneurship education participation influences entrepreneurial intentions; Then through the case analysis of a science and engineering university and a humanities university. It tells entrepreneurship education can train students for entrepreneurship capacity-building. On this basis, it concludes that the project of participatory training mode, namely, by the way college students involved in the project can stimulate students entrepreneurial awareness, foster the entrepreneurial spirit of students, rich students business knowledge, promote exchange of students and improve business overall quality of students to achieve entrepreneurship education, and ultimately improve the rate of entrepreneurship among university students.This study was supported by the following six chapters:Chapter One:Introduction. This section introduces the idea of thesis research, including background, purpose and meaning, content and methods, theoretical models and hypotheses and the framework and technology roadmap, as well as innovation and the possible lack of the paper; Chapter two: Theoretical basis and literature review. This section mainly collates and summarizes the theoretical basis and the related literature, including the planned behavior theory, Entrepreneurship event model Theory, the Review of individuals dimension, spirits dimension and educational dimension of entrepreneurship and the review of the above study; Chapter three:Survey of University Entrepreneurship Education-A Case Study of19universities in Jiangsu Province. This section introduces the background investigation, the basic situation of the implementation of entrepreneurship education, enterprise education activity implementation, development situation of teaching entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship education environment, etc.; Chapter four:The empirical analysis on how entrepreneurship education participation which includes description of Entrepreneurial Intentions, personal basic characteristics influences Entrepreneurial Intentions. Chapter five:case studies about Entrepreneurship Education developing Students’ entrepreneurship capacity. It makes a detailed description of the cases by selecting two major entrepreneurship education model schools.Chapter six:recommendations:to build the project participatory training model. This section mainly builds the project participatory education model based on the previous research.
