Since2001June the Ministry of Education issued" the compendium of basiceducation curriculum reform (Trial)" since, the basic education curriculum reformhas become the focus of a great number of educators, sports and health curriculumreform in basic education as an important part of curriculum reform, also caused wideattention." Sports (1-6grades) in physical education and health (7-9grades)curriculum standards"(hereinafter referred to as" standard") on2001promulgated inJuly, and in September the same year in the38National Experimental Zone for test."Standard" implementation of nearly10years, the results obtained be obvious topeople, but there are also many problems.This paper takes the Zibo City three District County Rural Primary SchoolPhysical Education and health education as the object of study, from every county in3randomly selected Township Middle School, a total of24schools as the object ofinvestigation. In this paper, using the method of literature, questionnaire, interviewand mathematical statistics and other research methods to24schools with96teachersand960students conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews, the results of theinvestigation, analysis and Research on finishing. The investigation content includes:the school (" sports and health curriculum") development, physical educationteaching evaluation, teachers and facilities, the school implementation of "SunshineSports", junior middle school graduate school sports situation.Through the investigation and analysis of influence of rural junior middle school,Zibo city (" PE and health") are main factors of curriculum implementation:(1) the District of Zibo city rural school sports curriculum reform seriouslyenough, inadequate educational input, site equipment standards and other reasons forhindering the enthusiasm of teachers play, can not fully meet the requirements of thenew curriculum in rural junior middle school in Zibo City, the implementation of"curriculum standards" effect is not ideal.(2) the sports teachers set the inadequacy, PE Teachers’ workload isunreasonable, cause of PE Teachers’ workload is too big, produce occupation burnout. Physical education teachers’ in-service training opportunities are few, causing theeducation idea and the sports knowledge is updated slow, affecting the smoothimplementation of the reform of school PE teaching.(3) Zibo city junior high school basic in accordance with national regulations andrequirements set" sports and health" course class," sports and health curriculumstandards" curriculum content and evaluation of standard uncertainty, is the effect of"sports and health" course teaching quality the important factors.(4) in rural schools in Zibo still to culture levies achievement as the main basisfor evaluation, despising the student’s sports and health status of the importance of.On students’ physical education and health course learning assessment the basic useof" student physical health standard" test items and standards of grading, evaluationstandard of one-sided, and curriculum standards requirements.(5) Zibo city sports mid-term exam drove the development of school physicaleducation, improve the students’ participation in sports enthusiasm, promoted thesocial, school, parents of students physique health attention. But the physicalexamination in the limitation of the project, the influence of sports and healthcurriculum content extends, in sport and health curriculum contradiction. Similarly,"Student Physique Healthy Standard"," Sunshine Sports" is to" enhance the physicalfitness of students" as the main goal of the promulgation, in rural schools of Zibo toimplement national policy documents, ignoring the" standard"" health first" target, noconsistent goal of the school physical education system, lead to" sports and health"curriculum from the curriculum value orientation.On the basis of investigation, for the Zibo city rural junior middle school (" PEand health") curriculum implementation situation, the paper puts forward somesuggestions:(1) the renewal education idea, strengthen the supervision and guidance.(2) improve the textbooks of physical education and health, the establishment ofZibo city in rural junior middle school" sports and health" course resources database.(3) the wide channels, broaden sources of income and reduce expenditure, raisethe sports finance, curriculum resources. (4) to select reasonable teaching content, method, implementation of curriculumreform in rural schools is the important condition of.(5) continue to strengthen the examination of sports reform, establishment of aunified comprehensive school sports goal.(6) to create a harmonious campus sports culture atmosphere, for the newcurriculum reform to provide a good campus environment.(7)attached to the construction of teachers, establish new curriculum trainingmechanism.
