My school is a typical remote industrial town junior high school,the whole town is shrouded in a strong industrial atmosphere.The overall development of Maqiao experimental school is relatively good,but in recent years,with the continuous development of local industry,the loss of key teachers entering the city is serious,and the number of students is basically stable.In this case,the allocation of teachers in the whole school is seriously insufficient,the quality of students is getting worse and worse,and it is difficult for departments at all levels to realize the normal opening and basic management.The shortage of junior teachers is very serious,so we have to work with substitute teachers and other social forces.The local social environment,family education atmosphere,the overall planning of the higher education authorities,the internal management of the school,and the management differences of the level departments all have an important impact on the management objects of the school level departments: teachers,students,education and teaching related content.Only the comprehensive research and discussion and the targeted solutions can promote the systematic and healthy development of grade management.Strengthening the management autonomy of the director of grade department and arousing the work enthusiasm of the director of grade department can effectively alleviate the loss caused by the local special ecology to the management of grade department,promote the grade department to return to the track of healthy development,so as to promote the overall development of the whole school,realize the education balance and the overall development of students as far as possible,and guarantee the right to education of students under the special ecology.This paper aims to find out the corresponding strategies by investigating the current situation of grade management in this ecology.The principal part of the thesis is divided into five portions:The first part primarily recommends the causes for the problem,which is closely related to the important position of grade department management in school management,the practice of researchers themselves with research foundation,and the characteristics of the level departmentmanagement in the remote industrial town junior high school compared with the general Township and county schools.This kind of research can improve the relevant educational management theory,promote the development of the grade management team theory,and also improve the social concern for the left behind children,improve the management efficiency of the grade department,and then promote the overall management level of the school,reduce the gap between urban and rural areas,and make contributions to the realization of the true balance of compulsory education.The object of this study is grade department management of Maqiao experimental school.The research methods used are follow-up survey,questionnaire survey,interview survey,case study and literature study.The second part defines the concepts of remote,industrial town and grade department management,and briefly expounds the impact on the school and grade department.This paper analyzes the research status at home and abroad,combining with the management theory of hierarchy management,flat management,democracy and harmonious management,system and informal management theory and other related management theories,which lays a theoretical basis for this study.In the third part,the status quo of grade management in the Middle School of remote industrial town is investigated and the results are analyzed.Through the form of questionnaire survey to analyze the survey data,with the results of communication with some teachers,grade directors and Vice Principals in charge,analyze the characteristics of grade management under special ecology.The fourth part,based on the understanding of the situation,analyzes the reasons of grade management problems in the remote industrial town junior high school.The main reasons are as follows: first,the industrial development has an important impact on the respect for cultural atmosphere and family environment in the region.It shows that the local economy is developed,the pollution is serious,the high-level brain drain is serious,the upstart mentality is fermented,the concept of ignoring culture is rampant and the fast-paced corporate culture has produced a large number of actual left behind children,and the increase of floating population has causedunstable factors for the local.Second,the negative correlation changes of the students who constitute one of the management contents of the Department.It includes the negative correlation between the number and quality of students,the number of students' pocket money and their parents' supervision,the negative correlation between students' self-control time and learning achievement,the negative correlation between the digitization degree of students' equipment and the application in learning,the negative correlation between the characteristics of students' villages and towns and their hard-working spirit.Third,there is a serious shortage of teachers at different levels.It shows that the total number of in-service teachers can not meet the basic requirements of the grade department,the loss of key teachers is serious,the teaching and research reform of all levels of departments is seriously affected,and the teaching quality is difficult to guarantee;it is difficult for the higher grade department to reasonably allocate teachers' arrangements,and the lower grade department is faced with the management problem of substitute teachers;teachers' hearts are floating,some teachers lack sense of responsibility and career,and the overall development is not happy View.Fourth,the construction of school system is not perfect.It is manifested in the lack of scientific selection mechanism for the generation of some leading group members and grade directors;the mismatching of grade directors' rights and responsibilities;the overburden of grade directors compared with other school functional departments;the unclear scope of responsibilities of functional departments,often transforming tasks into grades and classes;the lack of encouragement mechanism in schools,and the lack of sense of achievement for grade directors.Fifth,the ideological problems of school management.It shows that the prevalence of bureaucracy,departmentalism and mechanism hinders the development of grade work;the inspection by the higher authorities and temporary work interfere with the normal teaching order of grade;the poor overall cooperation and coordination make grade work difficult to adapt to.The fifth part is the solution to the grade management problems in the remote industrial town junior high school.Among them,the environment includes social environment,family environment and superior policy environment;factors such as teachers and students whoconstitute the grade department need self-awareness and self-management;the management system of the grade department should be combined with leniency and strictness,special and comprehensive evaluation,head teacher and teacher should evaluate separately,and team management should be combined with system management...
