Physical education curriculum in our country from2001, the ministry ofeducation promulgated the "full-time compulsory education of ordinary high schoolsports (1-6) and health (7-12) curriculum standard (experiment draft)" to2011"compulsory education sports and health curriculum standards (2011edition), greatchanges have taken place.In the sports teaching practice how to put into practice, thecontent of the "standard" for PE teachers to improve their own quality, higherrequirements are put forward."Standard" found in the process of carrying out zibo cityjunior high school there are some problems.Physical education teachers in theteaching process of sports and health course on teaching content and target, theimprovement of students’ physical quality, the formation of lifetime sportsconsciousness and sports view of "health first", etc, and there is a gap betweendifferent degrees of "standard".Therefore, research on the present situation of zibocity junior high school physical education and health class, find existing problems,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problem, better zibocity junior high school physical education and health course for the futuredevelopment to provide the basis.In this paper, the zibo city20junior high school physical education and healthcurriculum system, the situation of the implementation of the detailed investigationand study.Himself, respectively, using the literature material law, questionnaire surveymethod, interview method, mathematical statistics and logic analysis and othermethods.Survey results show that:1. From the point of view of structure of PE teachers, the zibo give priority towith middle-aged and young teachers of junior high school physical educationteachers, basic meet all bachelor’s degree, title structure is given priority to withprimary school and middle school, senior high school also occupies certain proportion,the vast majority of PE teachers have taken part in teacher training, to a deeperunderstanding of English curriculum requirements, in the teaching can also try toperform.But in terms of the present situation, teachers more than men to have sexratio, and the lack of highly educated level talents are restricting the zibo city ofrestricting factors to improve the quality of teachers.2. From the perspective of students, the students have actively learningmotivation to physical education curriculum, carried out on the current sports teachingcontent have higher interest, at the same time as the growth of the age for three ball, badminton and other interesting more soft ball games, also can form to therequirement of teachers’ interactive cooperation relationship.But the current schoolsports scheduling, cannot meet the requirements, evaluation method of the singleproblem needs to be improved.3. From the perspective of teaching materials and teaching contents, the vastmajority of school "sports and health" is to compile for universal use of materials touse;Physical education teachers have a year, semester and unit teaching plan, andprepares a lesson in good condition;The teaching content of physical educationteachers to conduct more concentrated, single, not according to the students’ interestcourses, physical education and health classroom lack of new idea.4. From the perspective of teaching organization form and law, physicaleducation teachers in the process of physical education and health class of teachingorganization form is too single, the teaching method on the adoption of the lack ofinnovation, causes the student to stay in a state of passive learning, the choice ofteaching method is not accord with the requirement of new curriculum standard.5. From the perspective of curriculum evaluation, teachers in physical educationcurriculum evaluation according to the physical, tend to focus on theory testingsummative evaluation, ignored the students’ learning attitude, participation, andcontent of the cooperation, the progress of affection, and at the same time withteachers as the main body in the evaluation, a single means of physical educationcurriculum evaluation in a certain extent reduce the students’ learning initiative andenthusiasm.6. From the Angle of sports funds investment and ground equipment, zibo cityjunior high school physical education funding sources rely mainly on governmentfunding, due to the lack of sports playgrounds, equipment cannot meet the demand ofsports teachers’ teaching is the main reason of the sports funds investment insufficient,the sports and health courses cannot be carried out properly.
