| In the1990s, under the impact of globalization and high technology,Taiwan society increasely transformed form enclosed, static agricultural society into open, diverse dynamic commercial society.Education democratization and the concept of liberation also pose, authoritarian education system and centralization of education thought are seriously tested. On this basis,<The Teacher Training Law> was enacted in1994.Taiwan normal education appears unprecedented changes began with that law.Focusing on Taiwan normal education during sixteen years from1994to2010and on the basis of background factors,this paper uses a dynamic view of transformation for study and analyses the reformation of Taiwan normal education system and Teacher training institutions.On this basis,we can sum up the experience and lessons,and put forward strategic suggestions as enlightenment of normal education reformation in Chain. |
