In principle, the Ministry of Education said, the graduates of Teachers Graduation will no longer directly obtain qualifications for teachers from 2015. They will participate the unified national exam to obtain the qualifications who are the same as the non-Normal teacher candidates. As a result, the advantages of local Normal University teacher education will be more weakened. In essence, in the traditional sense of the normal students had "ceased to exist." Training period of teacher education also from orientation, through a mixed form of time, completely into the opening period.In the opening background, the development of Teacher Education in local Normal Universities is facing new opportunities and challenges, the challenge has an impact from other professional schools, there is competition from the excellent local Normal, but also from the University Teachers Education emerging impact. Faced with the challenges and opportunities, which path to follow in the future, how to deal with the impact of their face, and how to complete the transformation is worth to study.This paper adopted literature research, case analysis, and comparative research, and there are six parts in this paper to study the transition of teacher education.The paper first outlines the reason to select this topic research, related concepts, review relevant literature, and explain research ideas and methods. Thereafter the paper analysis the present stage of the local Normal Universities Professional Teacher Education under the background of open big development present situation and clear Teachers’ Education should be the status and role of the local Normal. And then under the guidance of educational philosophy in transition by international comparison and reference made the transition direction of the Local Normal Teachers Training objectives of education, and discussed in detail. And Transformation of Local Normal University Teachers’ Education in the implementation of specific aspects of implementation, including:1. Combined with the teacher qualification examination regulations, to explore how the transition curriculum system should operate, and combined with practical courses proposed system transformation envisaged;2. Combined with the analysis of the status quo, from the aspects of personnel training mode to explore the transformation of local Normal University teachers’ education professional, and one by one specific discussion;3. From the aspect of the management system to discuss the transition of local Normal University teachers’ professional education should be how to operate.Integrally combined with relevant policies and regulations, drawing on the outstanding cases at home and abroad, made an open Background Local Normal Universities professional measures related to the transformation from theory to practice the concept of all aspects of the operation.
