In order to improve the quality of personnel training in the education majors of provincial higher normal colleges and universities,so that students have a strong competitive advantage in employment,it is very important to develop a talent training model that meets the students' own development and social needs.Therefore,this research through the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,etc.,to carry out research on the training mode of education majors in provincial higher normal colleges,aiming at the traditional talent training mode to be humanized,modernized and open.The direction is changed to cultivate a high-quality pedagogical professional who meets the needs of the society.Based on the theory of humanistic education,Marxism on the theory of all-round development of human beings and the theory of total quality management,this study takes the training mode of literary talents of H Normal University as the research object,from training objectives,curriculum and teaching methods.The five dimensions of learning methods and evaluation systems are used to investigate and analyze the current situation of the training mode of pedagogical professionals.Through partial exploration of the overall way,it is found that the cultivating talents of provincial higher education institutions mainly exist in the following aspects.problem.First,the training objectives: training objectives are single,lack of diversity;training objectives and actual needs are out of touch,lack of science.Second,the curriculum setting: the content of the course is numerous and complex,and lacks the times;there are more theoretical courses and less practical lessons;the course hours and credits are not reasonable.Third,in terms of teaching methods: teachers' classroom teaching tends to be traditionally taught and lacks innovation;teacher discovery and discussion-style teaching needs to be strengthened.Fourth,the way of learning: students are not flexible enough to learn,lack initiative,inquiry and cooperation.Fifth,the evaluation system: the evaluation subject of the student is too singular;the evaluation content of the student is too one-sided.Based on these aspects,combined with the above theoretical basis,this study analyzes the causes of problems from the social,school and student levels and proposes corresponding improvement measures,aiming at transforming the traditional talent training model and improving the quality of talent training.Among them,the social level countermeasures include:Increase investment in educational resources and ensure the good operation of the talent training model;strengthening cooperation with schools to help schools improve the talent training model.The school level includes: engaging stakeholders in the development of talent training goals;the goal of talent training should be based on the school,seeking its own characteristics;perfecting the elective course system to enhance students' autonomy in class selection;strengthening practical teaching links,improving student practice and innovation Ability;teachers should change from traditional teaching to non-directed teaching;expand the scope of students' evaluation subjects and enrich the evaluation content.The student level includes: enhancing learning motivation,improving learning initiative,inquiry and cooperation;students should change their career choices and define career orientation.
