Under the influence of the era of knowledge economy school education, comply with the requirements of the times, to emphasize the development of students, and to improve the scientific literacy of students. The education is not only to impart knowledge and skills to students in the new curriculum reform, more should be the training of scientific thinking.Through the analysis of the importance of thinking, and the combination of domestic and international research situation of thinking, under understanding the concept of thinking situation, exhibited students’ scientific thinking cultivation feasibility in biological teaching. On the current stage of high school biology science thinking teaching are investigated, the results showed the teachers highly recognized science teaching, but the specific implementation is not ideal, especially for the performance of the concept of fuzziness, cannot accurately judge the concept of thinking in teaching process. Through the investigation to understand not only the teacher’s weakness as guide classroom, more clearly the necessity of cultivating students’ scientific thinking. This article is to build a scientific method based on scientific thought training through the analysis. The combination of the most commonly used hypothetico—deductivism of modern science for constructing the framework of cultivating students’ scientific thinking teaching strategy. And on two parallel classes for the teaching experiment, and the Raven test and the analysis senior high school entrance examination and the final test, to determine the feasibility of the implementation of teaching. The practical results show that, in the framework of hypothetico—deductivism the scientific thinking training can effectively promote students’ intelligence development, improving students’ understanding and learning related to knowledge.
