In current China, institutionalized education is universal. School education becomes the focus of attention. As the direct implementer of school education, the teacher attracts more and more concerns. Propagating cardinal principles and imparting knowledge is the responsibility of teachers, there is more implication in the modern occupational teacher. With high social expectation, the teachers have their own role perception of the occupation. Meanwhile the modern occupational teachers can not avoid connecting with the country, the students and the parents. The country, the students and the parents also have different role perceptions and expectations about teachers. As a social role, in social communication with different social groups, the teachers react differently under multiple social perceptions and expectations.
