Experiences And Inspirations Of Setting Up The Learning Family In Taiwan

The lifelong learning in Taiwan came into relatively fast development since the1980s.The learning family is the learning activities that carried out under the background of lifelong learning through a complete fusion of eduction. Since the mid-1990s,the learning family has been adopting as an important education strategy in the development of lifelong learning in Taiwan.Utilizing the participating in academic conferences experience in Taiwan,the author used the research methods of literature and investigation to carry out research on the theory and practice of the learning family of Taiwan.The first,this thesis discusses some theoretical issues of learning family such as theoretical fundamentals,features,and basic requirement of learning culture theoretical and learning organization theoretical,thus suggests the features,and basic requirement of learning family in different criteria.The sccond,based on the research methods of literature and the field study method, taking the analysis the present situation of the learning family in Tawan,the author argues that there are some successful experience of learning family and evaluation,as well as some problems.Finally,the author presents some suggestions for the development of learning family in Mainland through the studies of learning family of Taiwan.
