Research On The Construction And Development Of Industrial Vocational Education Group In Fujian Province

Vocational education group is an innovative educational organization, which conforms to the construction of grouping and chain operation of vocational education in large-scale, aimed at integrating vocational education resources and promoting resource sharing. It is the inevitable choice to innovate vocational education schooling mode and promote the development of vocational Education group. Provincial industrial vocational education group in Fujian started late and developed slowly, it is still at the exploratory stage of development. There are some gaps compared to other area. This article sorts out and analyzes the construction and development of industrial vocational education group in Fujian province, generalized the characteristics of industry vocational education group: opening website of vocational education group; establishing training system; carrying out employees training; developing vocational education exchanges and cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan. Pointed out the problems of industrial vocational education group in Fujian province:a late start and slow development, small scale and lack of motivation, the participation enthusiasm of member units is not high, school-enterprise cooperation is unstable, management system of the group is not sound. The development of vocational education group is confronted with new situation and new requirements, it need to speed up the pace of construction and development:to give full play to the multi-leverage of government departments, to guide the construction and development of vocational education group; to strengthen the leading effect of key industries and relevant industry associations, to promote the coordinated development between industrial vocational education group and the industrial economy; to expand the scale of the vocational education group to further deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises; to accelerate the construction of a modern vocational education system, to promote coordinated development of secondary vocational education and higher vocational education within the group; to intensify the brand awareness of group and perfect the management system, strengthening the group connotation construction.
