Study On The Development Of Industrial Vocational Education Group In Jiangxi Province

In recent years, the vocational education group has developed rapidly with its advantaged superiority.As the vocational education grouping has gradually become the development trend of vocational education reformation in our country,the fundamental research and the practice exploration of the vocational education group has been getting more maturer with each passing day. However,under the current background of mushroom development, the fundamental research of Jiangxi vocational education group is relatively weak.Actually,the performance of five vocational education group in Jiangxi,one of which is industrial vocational education group,are all unsatisfactory and the practice exploration has lagged far behind, which,to some extent,hinderd vocational education exerting the function to economy.Under the definition of classification and features of the vocational education group,the paper makes a profound analysis on the basis of policy, economy and vocational eduction in Jiangxi industrial vocational education group and then draw a conclusion that Jiangxi should establish industrial vocational education group in provincial level and regional vocational education group in municipal level so as to bring about lead development of industrial vocational education group and conjunct development of regional vocational education group.Besides, according to the deep analysis of problems in operation exsisted in Jiangxi industrial vocational education group,combining the successful case explored in Henan and Rotterdam industrial vocational education group, the author puts forward several suggestions on the government level, the group level and member of group level,such as strengthen the governmental overall planning and management function, innovate managerial system and operational system, deepen the cooperation between colleges and enterprises,raise in rank of industry associations, introduce market competition mechanism, set up the consciousness of quality control and construct the group's organization and culture.
