In recent years, the academic world begin to pay more attention on job involvement.Job involvement is psychological self-identity and the important level of work performance for individual about the present work, individiul can throwhimself into work, and is willing to pay extra labor and effoert.Job is associated with job satisfaction,turnover rate,job performance and a sense of accomplishment. Job also is the antecedent variables of job satisfaction,turnover rate,job performance and a sense of accomplishment.Enterprise should pay attention to job invoivement that can achieve economic benefits and long-term development.If enterprise consider employees of the vital interests and the employees of physical and mental health, will achieve high degree of job involvement.The extracurricular tutorial agencies in Middle schools and primary schools is born in Chinese special education system.Education consultants also is new job occupation,it mixs consultant with maketing nature. Education consultants play an important role in the extracurricular tutorial agencies in Middle schools and primary schools,so we must pay more attention to education consultants of job involvement.In such a research background,this paper integrate about leadership style theory and job involvement,moreover combine with the extracurricular tutorial agencies in Middle schools and primary schools of education consultants of special nature to study The relationship between leadership style and education consultant of job involvement and influence.I survey the extracurricular tutorial agencies in Middle schools and primary schools of education consultants in interview and questionnaire.This paper use SPSS to do factor analisis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.(1)In research on the relationship between leadership style and education consultant of job involvement,leadership style can be measured from the three dimensions of transformational leadership,transactional leadership, laissez-faire leadership.Transformational leadership can be divided into charismatic leadership, charisma, intelligence excitation and personalized care; Transactional leadership can be divided into contingent rewards, passive management by exception, active management by exception;(2) in the extracurricular tutorial agencies in Middle schools and primary schools, leadership style has significant influence on Job involvement.Charismatic leadership, charisma, personalized care to play a positive role in transformational leadership. Contingent reward from an active role in positive transactional leadership,but active management by exception and passive management by exception play a negative role in transactional leadership. Laissez-faire leadership play a negative rolet of job involvement. The results show that the extracurricular tutorial agencies in Middle schools and primary schools would choose blend leadership style to improve education consultents job involvement.I hope the findings of this paper can help the extracurricular tutorial agencies in Middle schools and primary schools to choose appropriate leadership style to improve improve education consultents job involvement.So that enterprises and employee both can achieve benrfit.
