As the world economy high speed development,education,especially basic education is more and more important in the development of a country.it is determines the quality of the talent,talent is the basis of innovation,innovation is the power of the development of science and technology.The level of Scientific and technological greatly affect the country's comprehensive national strength.Therefore the basis of quality education were essential to the development of the country.The key to Basic education is primary and secondary schools.Teachers is the main laborer In primary and secondary school,the teacher's job performance is directly related to the quality of basic education,and affect the talent base in the end.What factors will affect teachers' job performance,and how to guarantee the teachers' job performance.The paper made the preliminary discussion,in order to reach pertinence and practicability conclusion,do some bedding for fundamental and applied contributions.Through actual investigation and thinking,the paper argues that the school management system and leaders' behavior have certain influence on teachers' psychological state,and thus affect the teachers' job performance.Finally decided,therefore,we divided the school's main labor group into leader and teacher group for distinguish,to explore the influencing factors of job performance by investigating the leadership style,psychological capital and work performance of the relationship between three factors and influence each other.Performance problem is scholars concern for a long time,regarding its research also is very fruitful.Study of psychological capital and leading style there are also many,especially psychological capital,have predecessors put forward the related theory,this paper also have learning and reference to its,but will these three together to explore the human are not actually many,while workers in primary and secondary schools as the research objects are much rarer.So this article think,choose the three variables as the research on basic education can contribute,both theoretical significance and practical.Then,leaders and teachers in leadership style,psychological capital and work performance what is the relationship between the three factors? Whether there is interaction? In order to achieve in this paper,answer the above questions,this research intends to adopt the method of stratified sampling,the leaders and teachers of primary and secondary schools as a different research samples,discusses leadership style,the relationship between the psychological capital and work performance.Study in literature review and reference,on the basis of previous studies,this research mainly adopts questionnaire,were selected for 257 a classroomteachers and 55 primary and secondary school leaders as the subjects,one is to explore the leadership style and the relationship between psychological capital and work performance,the second is to explore three research variables in teacher groups and leading the relationship.The results found that:1.The primary and secondary school teachers in their experience to the leadership style and psychological capital and work performance three factors significant differences demographic variable;2.The primary and secondary school teachers to the style of leadership experience,psychological capital and work performance have significant positive correlation;Primary and secondary school leaders use leadership style,psychological capital,a significant positive correlation relations between work performance;Experience 3.Teacher leadership style can positively predict the psychological capital and work performance,psychological capital can positively predict their job performance,and psychological capital in the relationship between leadership style and job performance has a mediating role;4.The leader of primary and secondary schools of their psychological capital and work performance and the leadership style exist significant differences in different demographic variables;5.The leader of leadership style on the psychological capital and job performance has positive predictive;Leaders of psychological capital on job performance has positive predictive;Leader of psychological capital its part mediation using the influence of leadership style on job performance.6.Between the teacher and the leader on the job performance of dedication and task performance,there is no significant difference on the psychological capital variables.In order to achieve the fundamental purpose of this study,in the epilogue part puts forward some practical and feasible Suggestions,realize the value of this research,for the little of the quality of basic education to ascend out of power.
