Under the new situations, the management of the college students is facing up with many new problems, which put forward greater demands for improvement of the quality of college instructors. The occupational burnout and organizational commitments of college instructors are important factors in influencing the construction of the team of college instructors. Under the current system, the duties of the college instructors have not been clearly defined. Their work is heavy and stressful, all of which lead to the declining of their work enthusiasm and efficiency, as well as their organizational commitment, but the burnout level is growing obviously. Therefore, the research for the occupational burnout and organizational commitment of college instructors is of great importance. So far most research on the construction of the team of college instructors is theoretical, those concerned with the occupational burnout and organizational commitment is even less. This article is based on the review of the related literature and the current conditions. On the foundation of the previous data, this article introduces from accurate tables of MBI and OCQ. More than100college instructors from about eight college of Guangxi province, who have been selected intentionally, are taken for examples. Related data is collected by survey and statistical analysis is used. Based on the result of the result of the research, the main conclusion is made, and also the outlook of the future.Conclusions drawn in this thesis are as follow:(1) As college instructors in Guangxi, the level of occupational burnout is not totally high. There have been negative correlation among college instructors in different background of gender, age, work time and marriagement, but between different subjects college instructors are positively related to the level of occupational burnout.(2) The level of organizational commitment is not relatively high. There have been negative correlation among college instructors in different background of gender, age, work time and subjects, but between different marriagement college instructors are positively related to the level of organizational commitment.(3) College instructors’level between occupational burnout and organizational commitment are negatively related significantly.(4) The factors of occupational burnout directly predicted the level of organizational commitment in college instructors.
