With the popularization of higher education into the, the number of college students in China has reached 27 million, and enrollment rate of annual 1.3%-1.6% is expected by 2020 enrollment rate can reach 40%, the students can reach 50 million and become worthy of the name of the world higher education in the country. How to cultivate college students has become an important topic in today’s society, and in the education of counselors team is an important cornerstone of daily ideological and political education for college students, is the backbone of the essential. According to the Ministry of education’s latest statistics show that the number of full-time counselors in China has more than 130 thousand people, 30 thousand part-time instructors, this role has aroused people’s attention, and gradually entered the field of vision. However, this work for a long time did not get policy support and social attention, this work just as a young man, rather than a long-term engaged in work, there is a serious role conflict. This conflict resulted in college career counselors dried up problem.The hope of revitalizing the nation in education, the hope of revitalizing education in teachers. Its development directly affect the students’ growth of counselors team, has been full-time instructors not only, part-time and; self evaluation is weak, social recognition degree is low; work intensity; identity is not clear; salary and pay a proportional problems leads counselors are easy to produce tired mind, disappointed mood, safety sense of absence, passive behavior, think their work is not meaning a series of job burnout of mental state. Generally speaking, any kind of social occupation has the phenomenon of job burnout, but the phenomenon is more serious. Career counselors more professional pressure gradually increases due to the, and related training, salary and clear positioning is not yet universal, leading to counselors burnout phenomenon is becoming increasingly serious. If a career counselor depletion of this phenomenon can not get very good relief and to realize the specialization and professionalization of difficult. Therefore, the research on the problem of the career burnout of counselors has the times meaning.The research on the phenomenon of the career burnout of instructors is the necessary condition of the contemporary society, the historical mission.
