The traditional teaching mode has not adapted to the requirement of fostering talents in universities and colleges. In martial arts in universities reform is from the traditional teaching mode out, to contemporary college students psychological characteristics and mental health of the martial arts club teaching model into.Conducted a survey of the literature, questionnaire, and mathematical statistics, logic and analysis carried out on the Beijing College Wushu curricular and extracurricular situation。 The results show that traditional Wushu teaching contents are limited, students through conventional physical education does not meet their own needs and interests, even restrict their personality development. Meanwhile, the colleges and universities in Beijing more emphasis on extracurricular Wushu club teaching, and has been with the teachers and more adequate venue to carry out extracurricular Wushu club teaching and Wushu equipment, etc. facilities.Construction and implemeutat ion for the Beijing universities extracurricular Wushu club on the basis of feasibility analysis, Initially proposed building program for college extracurricular Wushu club, and corresponding countermeasures to the problems that may arise in extracurricular Wushu club teaching. Study suggests that college extracurricular Wushu club building and implementation that to do the publicity, funds investment, venue utilization, opening up, the improvement of teachers’level of business and other work. Established Wushu club teaching goals, tasks, forms of organization should reflect the multi-level, multi-dimensional, diversified, and reflect the level change and individual relevance.
