Along with the development of track and field, more and more attention are paid to track and field practical classroom teaching quality。Every sport university looks the teaching quality as the center of the track and field teaching work, and the teaching quality evaluation are playing a key role in it. The teaching quality evaluation can test work level of teacher to track and field, ability, effect of teachers’teaching and effect of students’ learning.Feedback for promoting the track and field practical can improve the quality of teaching. According to the current teaching quality of athletics skill class’s status of sport colleges in our country, combining with the teaching quality evaluation the practical situation, By using the methods of documentation, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, the analytic hierarchy process,6of the national sports colleges after thestudyconcluded that:(1) In our country sport universities, track and field skill of classroom teaching quality evaluation resort to expert evaluation method, and Student Ratings of Teaching Effectiveness.(2) Expert evaluation method for the teaching quality of teaching dimension preparation, the teaching process and the teaching effect, its weighted order for the teaching process (0.60)> teaching effect (0.20)teaching ready to (0.20); Student Ratings of Teaching Effectiveness, dimension under the way of teaching, teaching itself for basic skills, teaching content, teaching method, teaching evaluation and teaching effect, its weighted order for (0.30)> teaching method (0.20)=the teaching effect (0.20)> teaching assessment (0.10)=teaching itself (0.10)=teaching the basic skills (0.10)=teaching assessment (0.10)(3) Expert evaluation in the way the teaching quality dimensions including teaching files, teaching means, sports load, the difficulty and students grasp the knowledge and skills master, and other aspects of the21sub-functions indicator; Student Ratings of Teaching Effectiveness, dimensions have teachers dress, password, and technical movement explanation and demonstration, teaching content, information examination content, and assessment method, students’ learning enthusiasm and sub-functions index, and the weights are studied.This study suggests that the school shall account for high importance attached to the weights of the index, with trenchant primary and secondary to the teaching quality evaluation activities, timing organization theory, skills, teachers’participation in its business study, improve teaching ability, be targeted, improve the efficiency of track and field practical classroom teaching quality, and in the actual teaching quality evaluation activities keep evaluation scale of development and perfection.
