With the continuous deepening of reform in sports and health curriculum,the evaluation of sports skill learning plays a leading role in the evaluation of physical education curriculum.Therefore,it is more and more worthwhile to explore the evaluation system of track and field skills.Evaluation by the form of single to diversified development has become the focus of common concern of contemporary education colleagues,this is after the implementation of the "standard",on the basis of the "standard" the guiding ideology and Research on sports skills understanding of the curriculum goal,improve the track and field sports skills learning evaluation system,with a view to teachers provide learning reference.This paper takes the level of four track and field sports skills learning evaluation index system as the main line,the literature data method,expert interview method,ter Faye Fa,analytic method,mathematical statistics method,through the expert interview method to understand the track and field sports skills learning evaluation index,and through the analysis of the standard of sports skills learning evaluation index,and through the analysis method,to construct the track and field sports skills learning evaluation index system,design evaluation scheme,the evaluation method,for the majority of teachers with reference.Through the research on the evaluation of the track and field sports skills,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Track and field sports skills learning evaluation in P.E.teachers daily teaching has a very important significance,at present the current track and field sports skills learning evaluation there is a big problem,not a more unified evaluation scheme.2.In the actual teaching evaluation still to evaluate teachers as the main body,evaluation in the form of a single,subject of evaluation is not comprehensive,the connectivity between the evaluation schemes is not strong,the lack of systematic and standardized evaluation method,the single evaluation method is not conducive to judge the comprehensive strength of the students evaluation and reliability of the price is not high,the evaluation process of not being taken seriously,ignore the progress rate of students.3.In this paper,from the three dimensions of the construction of the track and field sports skills learning evaluation index system,according to the standards to determine the level of track and field evaluation content,shows the overall evaluation scheme and the grade of the track and field the specific content of the four evaluation criteria,and use Yaahp software of track and field sports skill evaluation index system of the index weight calculation,the given weights of and provide the reference for learning the PE teachers in the track and field sports skills learning evaluation.4.According to the formulation of the track and field sports skills learning evaluation index system and calculated by Yaahp software of each index weight coefficient,according to the level of track and field project and according to the standards,design of track and field sports skills evaluation scheme,and gives a specific description,design performance evaluation table,designed to help teachers practice may face the practical problems.
