College sports education is the leader in the school sports education, status in the national physical education should not be underestimated. Our goal is to cultivate a group of high quality sports talents. Specializing in track and field evaluation of physical education teaching evaluation is an important part of it in the exam content selection, evaluation method and evaluation standard of sports teaching effect, incentive effect and feedback effect. This paper mainly through the provision of professional sports education in the Harbin sports institute in heilongjiang province, Harbin normal university, Harbin industrial university, jiamusi university, daqing normal university, university of suihua, qiqihar university, mudanjiang normal university institute of eight schools specializing in track and field investigation, the evaluation on the existing problems and follow up purchasing system analysis, and proposed the corresponding countermeasure to solve the problem. This article USES the method of literature, expert interview, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis and logic analysis and other research methods to study institute of physical education in heilongjiang province track and field evaluation, this paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the development of physical education, colleges and universities in heilongjiang province track and field professional technical course of the investigation and evaluation of the current teachers' and students' satisfaction; The second part, the present situation of track and field evaluation of colleges and universities in heilongjiang province is analyzed, including the status quo of evaluation content, evaluation method, evaluation standard and evaluation plan and evaluation standard of ratio analysis; The third part, analysis the problems existing in the current evaluation system of track and field. The fourth part, according to experts and other teachers' opinions and Suggestions, problems existing in the evaluation of the assessment, in order to build heilongjiang province track and field evaluation system, to provide a reference.Study the following conclusions:1. Through the survey found that the evaluation of teachers and students in the heilongjiang province track and field teaching more attention, the action of a reasonable evaluation system can motivate students to participate in track and field teaching, can also be used as a feedback to improve the quality of teachers.2. The evaluation of college and university teachers and students think teachers evaluation method is not conducive to the students' initiative. In order to better play to their initiative in learning, it should enrich the evaluation main body.3. Our province sports education professional track and field course selection evaluation method, pay attention to the summative assessment, ignored the process evaluation and process evaluation and summative evaluation.4. The number of our province track and field class, is not conducive to play to the advantages of the classroom teaching system. The evaluation process of track and field, no unified planning and evaluation standard. Teachers and students on the current standard of satisfaction is not high, the standards need to be further improved.Research proposal:1. Further define the training program of training objective of physical education major. Build evaluation system is the need of talent training in modern society, and realize the unification of content and the training goal.2. Sports athletics evaluation, according to the needs of social development, the evaluation content and evaluation methods, the choice of methods, continue to inject fresh blood. Rich content evaluation, perfect the evaluation system. Evaluation should pay attention to process evaluation, evaluation and final evaluation. In the process of evaluation, the student assessment and evaluation of the students are the combination of the teacher evaluation.3. Track and field operation architecture evaluation and the evaluation of compliance professional track and field, should listen to the teacher and the students' feedback, reasonable distribution of the proportion of technology assessment and technology standard track and field evaluation.
