This paper mainly through the provision of professional sports education in the Harbin sports institute in heilongjiang province, Harbin normal university, Harbin industrial university, jiamusi university, daqing normal university, university of suihua, qiqihar university, mudanjiang normal university institute of eight schools specializing in track and field investigation, the evaluation on the existing problems and follow up purchasing system analysis, and proposed the corresponding countermeasure to solve the problem. This article USES the method of literature, expert interview, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis and logic analysis and other research methods to study institute of physical education in heilongjiang province track and field evaluation, this paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the development of physical education, colleges and universities in heilongjiang province track and field professional technical course of the investigation and evaluation of the current teachers' and students' satisfaction; The second part, the present situation of track and field evaluation of colleges and universities in heilongjiang province is analyzed, including the status quo of evaluation content, evaluation method, evaluation standard and evaluation plan and evaluation standard of ratio analysis; The third part, analysis the problems existing in the current evaluation system of track and field.
