Study On The Current Development Situation And Countermeasures Of In The Universities Of Xi’an

This study mainly used the methods of questionnaires, mathematical statistics and systems analysis to investigate the current situation of the taekwondo development in Xi-an Universiies, based on this to provided the countermeasures the study sample including1,200students and54teachers in22colleges, based on the current situation find out the current problems and carry out university taekwondo limiting factors, the targeted to improvement measures for the conduct of Xi-an university taekwondo provide appropriate countermeasures, the main conclusions of this study are as follows:1In the survey of22colleges of Xi’an,77.3%(17) institutions set up Taekwondo curriculum and mainly in the form of70.1%, the basic knowledge and understanding of taekwondo ratio totaled89.3%,76.0%like taekwondo, accounted for72.4%willing to participate, this is a good foundation;2Students who participate in Taekwondo hold the motivation to exercise programs, personal preferences, relieve stress and increase communication, etc, the proportion accounted for89.5%,56.7%,40.1%and37.8%, respectively,58.8%of the university was not be equipped with professional facilities, this should be further improved;3Teachers without professional background take74.1%, mainly teaching assistant and lecturer titles mostly, a total of68.5%, students are less satisfied with teacher satisfaction and dissatisfaction were7.1%and21.4%were satisfied, satisfied and very satisfied accounted for35.7%,23.6%and12.2%, satisfaction should be improved;4In addition to specific measures on the university site construction, teaching staff on the need to improve and enhance, but also requires a combination of the level of student demand and to promote taekwondo curriculum system and improvement, to grasp the course itself but also focus on factors that taekwondo school culture advocacy and inter-school competitions exchange;5Colleges and universities should seize on the introduction of sports-related policies brought unprecedented opportunities and strive for government financial support, to strengthen cooperation with the media publicity while not ignoring the role of social forces, to strengthen guidance in terms of students to promote their interest in the training curriculum of Taekwondo.
