In this study, with the method of literature, case studies, interviews, mathematical statistics and logical analysis of Chen Xie Xia six weeks of training before the game features in-depth interpretation and analysis, explore the elite female weightlifters before the timing, content and methods means to load rhythm, lower control body weight and recovery arrangements in order to summarize Chen Xie Xia training success characteristics and laws for our outstanding women’s weightlifting athletes before training arrangements to provide practical operating basis, and further concluded, enrich and improve our excellent women Weightlifting athletes training theories. The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Before training to race day on August9as the standard point, the time span of six weeks40days to weeks for basic training unit. Under normal circumstances, Monday, Friday to arrange special training courses to clean and jerk, snatch practice-based; Tuesday, three, four, six training sessions arranged special auxiliary to the main auxiliary training methods; Sundays adjusted to jogging and stretching training-based,8-10times a week for training sessions.(2)The training consists of special training, special training of two parts supplementary to the core technology and strength training to start training, combined training and competition, strength and technologies, competitive game action around the snatch, clean and jerk specific arrangements for the exercise means method.(3)Special training means training period before into practice the most important means of two snatch and clean and jerk, and22auxiliary exercises means, which is for the special training services, training basically uses two close games and action games practice several of the most auxiliary means. (4) Before a small amount of load cycles, the average load is of an inverted "U" type trend early to mid-lay the foundation for increasing the amount of training, post-close race, gradually reduce the load, adjust the player’s skills, ready to participate in the competition. Six weeks of the total load206735kg, mean34748kg, volume is the average load of5822kg. Total load snatch16920kg, mean1880kg, Maximum Weight100kg, average74kg; clean and jerk total load of14277kg, mean1298kg, Maximum Weight128kg, average89kg.(5) Before the training process, in addition to the larger class times injuries affected the largest negative weight maintained at between35%-45%of the load intensity section, the normal training sessions focused on the largest negative weight to85%-100%of the load intensity of the section, the main area of strength remained at80%, a small negative weight class times as the transition, adjustment means. Action game snatch, clean and jerk exercise group per lesson number14.45,9.11; the number of exercises in each group were2.27times,2.07times.(6) Before the training phase to slowly reduce weight control-oriented, Chen Xie Xia always control their body weight less than50kg, in accordance with the principle of gradual, steady weight control in the48kg class competition within the requirements.(7) Arrangements to restore the pre-race training, Chen XieXia mainly rehabilitation treatment, active rest and effective nutrient supplement as a body recovery and adjustment measures.
