Study On The Supplementary Method Of Reserve Talents Fostering System Of Chinese Competitive Sport

This essay analyzed and studied the restraint factors for the fosterage of Chinese sport reserve talents, with the purposes of establishing supplementary method of reserve talents fostering system, improving national sport system, and ensuring the sustained development of Chinese competitive sport. The conclusions are as follows:1. Nantong sample is the most typical in the fostering system of reserve talents. However, it reflects the conflict between schooling and training, brought by blind pursuit of the quantity of reserve athletes and extensive development, low cultural quality, and vicious circle of low college entrance, low employment and low enrollment. Without satisfaction of the6requirements (table2) and transformation of fostering method, no answer can be found to the reserve talents deficiency.2. Based on system theory,"combination of sport and education" realizes the Collegization of Athletics Sports under the circumstance of deficiency of reserve talents and elite athletes in college, but the6requirements must be met by sport colleges (or training units). Should any single requirement be violated, it would be infeasible for the sport colleges (or training units). On current condition, all the sport colleges in china cannot satisfy the6requirements. Therefore, the issue must be enhanced to the level of ministry, and General Administration of Sport can meet the requirements via industrial reconstruction and resources Integration. All national teams of sport administrative centers and Beijing Sport University can build Elite College Athletes Center together to foster elite athletes. Otherwise, reserve talents cannot be sent to Beijing Sport University.3. Elite College Athletes Center avoids the interference to the systematic training, brought by the link-up local inter, which ensures the young kids even preschoolers a long-term, scientific, systematic and directive training and planning based on their individual development.4. Elite College Athletes Center is the supplementary method of improving national sport system and virtuous growth of competitive sport. Only by treating education as a strategic choice can Chinese competitive sport find the right track.5. Elite College Athletes Center,"a self-reserved field" of General Administration of Sport, should set larger program for elite sports in order to enlarge the covering surface of medals, and for the sports with a decreasing number of athletes, slow development (athletics, football) or popularity(boxing, judo, sailing, canoe and kayak) so as to make up for a deficiency. And the ultimate purpose is the comprehensive development of sports.
