Huillongguan Football Super League’s Culture Research

The thesis takes cultural structure three hierarchy theory as basic analysis tool, using documentation, expert interview, field investigation, induction and other methods, with analyzing by two dimensions, culture structure and social structure as basic framework. One dimension is composed of three layers:values layer that takes as the core of a cultural phenomenon, materials technology&operation mechanism surface and social system layer between them. The other dimension includes three parts:individual, social organization and government department which involves in Huichao Culture. I will go on literature reading about history and development of our emerging community non-profit sports organizations which takes Huilongguan football premier league as the representative by two dimensions’ analytical framework. Main research contents:The first and second part:Introduction of relevant theories and Description and representation of Huichao prototype in western country.The third part:Analysis and discussion of values layer that, occupies mainstream in the Huichao main participants’ society. It takes Mas low’s hierarchy of needs as the starting point, on the basis of five demand levels:physiology, security, society, respect and self-actualization, analyzing and summarizing four important values which is embodied in the Huichao eight years’development. They are Football promote Health, Friendship first, Competition second, People Oriented and Volunteerism.The fourth part:Analysis and discussion of system arrangement security which makes Huichao league smoothly progress and steadily develop. From the perspective of economics, we will take Huichao as the producer of the society, participants as service consumer who realize their own benefit from three divided system:folk system, market system and government system. The fifth part:Analysis and discussion of Huichao’s materials technology&operation mechanism layer. From emergence and development of Chinese society’s new community culture, we will summarize several important manifestations and operation mechanisms on the Huichao’s materials technology layer, analyze and discuss Huichao’s different aspects joined by association mechanism, membership, rewards and punishment mechanism, management mechanism and sponsorship mechanism. Every manifestation has its own distinct characteristic, and that constitutes the most superficial and most visual content form of Huichao culture.
