A Case Study Of Organization Culture In Kindergardens Based On The "T" Chain Kindergardens In Fuzhou

The kindergarten organization culture is the soul of a kindergarten, having good organization culture not only helps create a harmonious living environment for staff, improve the quality of kendergarden's education, but also is conducive to enhance the core competitiveness of kindergartens. Since the 1980s, with the important value of organization culture is gradually recognized by enterprises, governments, hospitals, schools and other social organizations,more and more scholars take organization culture studies seriously.So far, organization culture theory research have made great achievements at home and abroad.Many managers regard organization culture as one kind of new management methods,so it is applied in kinds of social organizations. From existing research findings of school organization culture in china, scholars pay more attention on universities, elementary and middle school,few of them concentrate their attention on organization culture of kindengadens.Therefore, for the deep and detailed studying on constructing organization culture,this study is on the basis of existing related theory about school organization culture, using case-study and many research methods, such as observation, documentary, questionnaires, interview and so on. This research presents current situation of organization culture in this chainl kindergarden from the structure of kindergarten organization culture, which consists of substance culture, behavior culture, system culture, spiritual culture, summarizes the advantages and dis advantages, analyses the causes of inperfection, and puts forward corresponding coutermeasure and proposal to enhance the organization culture in kindergarden based on the the chain kindergarden.
