In recent years, with the economic development of Shandong, Shandong rural townchanges a process to be accelerated apparently. As the social development foundation,moral education penetration in education and teaching work of the whole process andstudents in all aspects of daily life, in the intellectual, physical, aesthetic educationinfiltration and labor education, mutual promote, complement each other. Plays adominant role in promote all-round development of students and ensure the correctdirection of personnel training. The primary school students is in moral budding stage,as the future of the country, whether to have good ideology and morality is thefundamental success, also grow into useful people for the society ’s importantguarantee.However with the process of the rural social economy close to the city, primaryschool moral education work is not synchronous follow-up, there are some problemsnot to be ignored. In this paper, by randomly selected Shandong Eastern, central andwestern regions in the process of urbanization of rural primary school, conducted aquestionnaire survey, found that the current rural primary school the mainstream arelove the motherland, respect for elders, have a positive attitude and good manners.Butwith the increase of child and some adverse effects of cultural atmosphere inurbanization process, students lack the spirit of bearing hardships of previous students,dependence is strong, receive information strongly, but the resolution is weak, themood biases in emotional, irrational components. These problems caused by bothpupils mental immaturity and other reasons, it is social transition brought about by thepolitical, economic, cultural and social life in all aspects of the negative factors ofproduct, need to analyse and seriously from objective and subjective two respects.In order to solve the problems of Shandong rural primary school in the process ofurbanization, this research through questionnaire survey and interview, study on moraleducation in primary school of Shandong, analyzes the causes, and put forward tosolve the proposal of the problem and countermeasure from society, school andfamily.
