| In the process of urbanization,due to changes in economic models and production methods,it will have a certain impact on the resources of urban and rural teachers to some extent.Compared with cities,rural primary school teachers are inherently disadvantaged in terms of salary and welfare,working environment and development conditions,and the process of urbanization will gradually increase this disadvantage,which will lead to the loss of rural primary school teachers.The number of primary school teachers in rural areas has reduced the development of basic education in rural areas.Therefore,how to avoid this problem has become a practical problem that we need to solve as soon as possible.This paper mainly starts with the problem of the loss of teachers in rural primary schools in Yuzhong County,Gansu Province,and analyzes the content of the relevant information obtained by distributing questionnaires to six rural primary school teachers in various towns and towns in Yuzhong County,as well as in the form of interviews and exchanges.,from the treatment factors,policy and system factors,working and living environment factors,and teachers’ personal factors to analyze the actual factors that affect the loss of rural primary school teachers,and find a reasonable solution,and give solutions.This study shows that in the process of urbanization,the number of rural primary school teachers continues to decrease,and the loss of rural primary school teachers is becoming more and more serious,resulting in a growing gap between urban and rural teachers.Therefore,corresponding countermeasures are put forward.In terms of treatment,it is hoped that by increasing teachers’ wages and social status,they will open up green channels for rural primary school teachers and their families to stabilize rural primary school teachers;At the same time,improve the social security system for rural teachers to attract teachers to work in rural areas;establish a fair and just teacher assessment and evaluation mechanism to formulate a complete career development path for young teachers;school leaders should improve their management level and implement the people-oriented management concept,enhance teachers’ sense of organization and belonging,create a positive and harmonious working atmosphere,and care for every teacher;individual teachers can strengthen their self-cultivation,establish the concept of morality and cultivating people,improve their professional realm,and enhance their sense of personal responsibility and mission;It is hoped that these suggestions can alleviate the current problem of teacher loss and provide meaningful reference for the development of rural basic education in Yuzhong County. |
