Taking the comprehensive promotion of quality education in China, the earth is beingraised to promote the development of compulsory education education reform upsurge, eachcareer also around the country like a raging fire to. Rural education is the key to see the level of faculty level. According to the actual condition of thecountry promulgated a series of policies and measures, and effective protection of the ruraleducation can obtain great progress. Through the practice of period of time, the rural teachersin the social occupation recognition, sense of belonging and economic and social status havebeen considerable improvement.But despite the current state in the upgrading of rural teachershas made great development, but because of economic factors as well as some historicalreasons, the rural teachers and city teachers between a large gap still exists, need to suture andmake up.
