Under the influence of rapid urbanization, Economic globalization, theinformation society and the value of a wide range of environmental impact inthe domestic environment, rural primary school moral education is facing moreserious challenges to strengthen the management of rural primary school moraleducation.In recent years, with the ever-accelerating process of urbanization, therural primary school moral education management has made certain achievements,established and improved the system, formed a high-quality team of the moraleducation, and actively carry out the Moral Education and its evaluation andso on. But there are also some problems. For example, its goal is not preciseenough. Its plan is not perfect. Its organization and management are notpracticable. The management of its process is not in place. Its content doesnot keep up with the modern development. Its methods are lack of innovation.And its research is deficient, and so on. And it is all because of a wide rangeof internal and external reasons, which are caused by the managers and thesociety and family.In the process of urbanization, in order to improve the effectiveness ofthe management of moral education in rural primary schools, we need to reformand innovate, to find countermeasures in order to raise it to a higher level.So what are the countermeasures to solve the problems of moral management? Theyrequire managers to strengthen the importance of moral management among all theschool work, innovate the content and educational methods, strengthen theconstruction and management of the team, to enhance safety management,strengthen the process of moral education and the construction of network, andso on. Only the managers change the concept of effective management, and carryout moral management, can they improve the effectiveness of moral education inrural primary schools.
