During the form of skill training of Chinese language lessons, reading and writing are themost important skills of all, for a long time, the research in this field are highlighted byscholars. Today, the concluding of reading is equal to absorbing, and writing is a kind ofdigesting becomes popular. Combination of reading and writing as a traditional model mayadd new elements to catch up with the need of educating more creative and innovationalstudents under the background of education idea renewing and teaching form reforming.Importantly, Chinese language education faces a kind of difficult situation; reading teaching isseparated from writing teaching, seldom communication take place during the two parts. So, itis a meaningful work to create a new model to combine teaching and writing during theteachers’ classroom teaching. This research collects elements from the topical reading test2006in Weifang, absorbing nutrition from tropical writing test during the Senior high schoolentrance examination, trying to find a way to promote the effect of Chinese languageteaching.The research is based on the educational theory of Constructivism and the subjecteducation theory, combining with class cases analysis, class records analysis and class designsanalysis, creating a teaching model of Interaction improving on topical reading and tropicalwriting. Under this model, the topical reading method in Weifang city may change theteaching and learning forms fundamentally. Lead type of concentration reading model comesinto main stream. There are more than50-60relevant reading materials prepared for one unite.The characters of this kind of concentration reading are clear and definite topics, relevantmaterials and large quantity. Topical writing gives students many choices: free thinking,changeable and literary style. All the research concerns are to create space of studying,thinking and self improving.The study suggests that some cross points located between topical reading teaching andtopical writing training, especially on the class teaching of topical content, writing skill orcore ideas. Combining with both kinds of training may create a win-win situation, and helpstudents to promote their general literature capacity. Using some tropic reading teachingmethods in tropic writing training, broadly or carefully reading technologies may be used,according to the material on the text book and other relevant articles, teachers can point out key points such as language character, writing method to students, and help students analysisand organize writing materials from abroad thinking, choose correct writing method, arrangeperfect writing steps or absorb useful nutrition from famous literature works. Using sometropic writing teaching skill to help tropic reading teaching, many methods such as tropicaldiscussing, idea improving. Teacher help students reading more, thinking more and buildingtheir personal character grow up healthily. On the other hand, there are some problems locatedin the new model, such as class time limitation, difficulty teaching material organizing andlong time language skill improving. At the same time, situations as reading skill and writingskill develop unequally; limitation on abroad thinking may take place. So, more research needto be done to work out the problems and handle the situation.
