| In recent years, with China’s rapid economic development, our country ordinary university graduatesemployment trends in toward liberalization of the market economy gradually, the job market is moreliberalisation. In colleges and universities have a special group of college students, they are "both higherlevels of sports skills, and have a certain cultural knowledge" of high-level athletes in university, in thefierce job market liberalisation, and they face the employment problem is different from the ordinarycollege students. How to solve their employment problems, not only relates to the social stability, and morerelated to the sustainable development of sports enterprise in our country. And due to the particularity ofregion in Henan province, its high-level athletes in colleges and universities employment situation is goodor bad, will directly or indirectly affect the surrounding provinces and regions for the construction ofhigh-level sports teams in colleges and universities.In this paper, nearly three years in Henan province ordinary university high-level athletes employmentas a starting point, through the questionnaire investigation, literature material method, mathematicalstatistics method, expert interview method and so on high level athlete employment situation in Henanprovince were analyzed, and the results of the study are as follows:1The high-level athlete in colleges and universities in Henan province nearly three overallemployment rate around86.06%on average, more stable, and the Henan province ordinary universityoverall employment rate at80.46%on average, nearly three years of high level athletes employment isslightly higher than the ordinary college students is about six percent.2The popularity of higher sports such as basketball, table tennis sports special employment rate was91.28%,93.48%, popular culture of accounting, finance and other professional employment was91.67%,90.91%, these popular programs employment rate is high, above ninety percent.3More than high-level athlete in colleges and universities in Henan province employment rangefocused on private enterprises, institutions and schools, the proportion is2.72%,17.61%and13.85%respectively, the employment of a narrow.4The high-level athlete in colleges and universities in Henan province employment areas are mainly concentrated in Zhengzhou or developed cities outside the province,34.27%and29.81%respectively,much favored economic developed city.5The traditional job tend to be saturated, improvement of unit of choose and employ persons of talent,and gender difference is the social factors that affect high level athlete in colleges and universities in Henanprovince employment rate. School profile, and low to high level athletes training goal clear, prominentcontradictions between learning and the lack of targeted employment guidance course is school factorsaffecting employment high level athlete in colleges and universities in Henan province.6The high-level athlete in colleges and universities in Henan province in the face of employmentattitude optimistic, social ability and adaptability is strong, but there are inspired to common expectationstoo high, lack of self management ability of faults have bigger influence on the employment rate.7The high-level athlete in the next few years to get your graduate and enter the number of privateenterprises will increase, earning the number of civil servants will be reduced, the working place still isgiven priority to with hometown or Zhengzhou.To improve the employment status quo of high level athletes in universities of Henan province shouldstrengthen the policy guidance of high-level in college, to lead the public opinion correctly, speed uppromote employment policies, broaden the employment channels; Clear training objectives, setting upreasonable curriculum, solve the contradictions between learning and optimize employment guidance work;High level of culture learning self professional athletes, improve employment competitiveness, improvetheir comprehensive quality. |
