Frederick W·Taylor is the founder of the theory of scientific management. Hestudied on theory of western management firstly and laid the foundation for theformation and development of modern management theory. The core of Talor’sPrinciple of Scientific Management principle is a standardized and systematicmanagement which is practical, scientific, coordinated, normative and efficient. It isthe basis of management and until today it is still of great practical significance.Education management has some problems in specific methods, functions and divisionof labor. Learning from Taylor’s scientific management principles, to draw up the unityof learning and innovation, science and humanity, can help education management tobe more scientific.By searching for relevant information, we can find that regardless of the numberor related works, the domestic and foreign researches on Taylor’s scientificmanagement are a lot. However, the applications of this principle to educationalaspects are few. This paper is starting from the analysis of Taylor’s personalexperiences and background, to explore the basis of the formation of his scientifictheory, discusses the enlightenment of this principle to the practice of educationmanagement.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is an introduction, which isdeveloped from the basic content, research methods, creative achievements and thetheoretical and practical significance of this study. The second, third, fourth, fifth partsare the main body of this paper. And the fifth part is the innovation of the paper whichintroduces the scientific management theory into the practice of educationmanagement.
