Research On Scientific Research Management Based On Humanity Attribute Of Higher Education

The level of scientific research in colleges and universities is not only the embodiment of the internal strength of colleges and universities,but also a demonstration of the comprehensive strength of scientific research of a country.Under the background of the rapid development of the times,the research management of colleges and universities plays an important role in promoting the development and prosperity of scientific research in colleges and universities.At present,the scientific research management of colleges and universities has made some important achievements and also has some problems.Therefore,from the perspective of the humanities of higher education,it is of great theoretical and practical value to study the scientific research management of colleges and universities.Based on the theory of borderless management and Maslow's hierarchy of needs,this study puts forward the scientific research management of higher education under the guidance of humane attributes of higher education.By analyzing the characteristics of humanistic attributes of higher education and the characteristics of scientific research management in higher education,this paper points out the humanistic nature of higher education.The necessity and possibility of guiding scientific research management in colleges and universities are mainly reflected in the need of scientific research development,the need of colleges and universities to improve their level of scientific research and the need of their own development.The possibilities are mainly embodied in the possibility of practice and the possibility of the subject.And then the paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems in the scientific research management of colleges and universities.The problems are utilitarianism of scientific research covers the humanistic nature of scientific research management,the rigidity and mechanization of scientific research management caused by the bureaucratic management system rigidification,the unbalanced evaluation standard of scientific research and lack of humanity.The main reason is the lack of humanistic properties of higher education in scientific research management in colleges and universities.Therefore,based on the humanistic nature of higher education,this paper builds the strategy of scientific research management in colleges and universities,pays great attention to the importance of "human" in scientific research in colleges and universities,emphasizes the value of "human" in scientific research management and pays attention to humanity and science,On the basis of this,a new countermeasure of scientific research management under the guidance of humane attribute of higher education is put forward.First of all,scientific research management system under the support of humane attributes of higher education should be established to strengthen the organizational construction of scientific research management in colleges and universities and to strengthen institutional guarantee of scientific research management in higher schools.Secondly,scientific research management operation mechanism should be constructed under the guidance of humane attributes of higher education,mechanism,traction mechanism,incentive mechanism and restraint mechanism.Finally,from a practical level,a new mode of scientific research management without borders should be pushed forward to break the vertical without boundaries,to eliminate the horizontal without boundaries and dilute the external without boundaries.And then an effective scientific research management system should be built.
