Today, the market is becoming more and more international diversification, specialization, technological and structural changes which bring the pound and challenges of the enterprise is unprecedented. In such a rapidly changing environment, continuing education has become a necessary way to corporate survival and develop. And the view of occupational development as a modern enterprise human resource management’ important idea, it plays an increasingly important role in the development of enterprises. The continued development of the business organization need a large number of professional staffs which have a good ability, loyal and willing to long-term services for the enterprise. And the staffs also pay more and more attention to their own career development, in the process of service business organizations. On the basis of previous research, this paper pointed out that the view of occupational development’ guiding significance for the continuing education of China’s modern enterprise, by analyzing the connotation of continuing education and the view of occupational development. By analyzing continuing education’ influence in both business and the employees, highlight continuing education’ importance in business management. In this paper, author combined the view of occupational development and continuing education in enterprises and put forward continuing education’ specific strategies in enterprise based on the view of occupational development, to achieve win-win situation of the enterprise and its employees, raise guidance for the development of China’s enterprises.In this thesis, the main part as follows:The first chapter started from the connotation of continuing education in enterprises and the view of occupational development and their dialectical relationships, summarized the connotation of the view of occupational development and continuing education in enterprises; described the dialectical unity relationships, indicated that the view of occupational development and continuing education in enterprises showing their independent individual and playing a role at the same time, it is necessary to combine both together to influence the development of enterprises. The second chapter mainly expounded the main existing problems in continuing education in enterprises, such as the shortage of innovating in the continuing education training, the shortage of training analysis based on the view of occupational development, the shortage of suitable measures in staffs’ occupational development, the blocked channel in staffs’occupational development and so on, at the same time analyzed the reason of existing problems.The third chapter combined the continuing education in enterprises and the view of occupational development, put forward basic strategy about continuing education reform in enterprises based on the view of occupational development. This paper analysis the strategy mainly from innovating a new concept of continuing education based on the view of occupational development, establishing the occupational development-oriented continuing education in enterprises training system, improving the occupational development-oriented continuing education in enterprises management system the three aspects.
